An Ordinary Chick

People that don’t listen or just don’t want to understand are…ridiculous, or impossible, I don’t even know what to call them. I want to tell you my dreams and you say that’s beautiful. It doesn’t mean I want it now, or that I think I’m going to get it tomorrow. I just want to entertain the idea of the possibility..the joy it would bring me. If I only lived the dream in my mind it would still be enough; but don’t yell at me about how unrealistic I am and give me a lecture. Be the person to open it up with me in real life or just in my head, ask me why or when or what I imagine it would be like. When you put me down I feel like your putting down my hope of the future and if you don’t like it you don’t have to be in it.
